Sauted Broccoli and Garlic
This recipe is so easy and so simple. It only requires 4 ingredients but packs a flavorful punch. The garlic and broccoli are added to the pan at the same time to prevent it from burning. I enjoy this broccoli at all times of the day. I mix it with eggs, and eat it with meals as a side dish. It goes with just about everything and is great for you.
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 heads broccoli, roughly chopped into big strips (see above)
4 cloves of garlic
Heat a pan up to medium high and add broccoli and garlic. Season with salt to taste. Allow to cook until broccoli is tender-crisp. It should still have a little crunch to it, but should also be tender enough to be pierced by a fork.
